Default NCM Inductee Mike McCagh

CONGRATULATIONS to one of our forum members Dr. Mike McCagh. Mike was recently inducted into the Corvette Hall of Fame. He was past NCRS President, and is NCRS Member #14. I believe his 1967 Corvette years ago was the first NCRS Duntov car in the organization. Mike is extremely active within the hobby and is a "hands on" builder and restorer for our cars.

I live in the same area as Mike and he gave me advice on my 60 and 66 cars. Always willing to answer questions (even when I get on his nerves I’m sure) and is straight to the point.

I grew up near Dr. McCagh and went to middle and high school with one of his daughters. My dad was in pharmaceutical sales so he new him. Dr. McCagh use to let us fish on his pond when I was very young. I remember seeing some of his corvettes during that time. I guess that’s when I first new I wanted one some day.

CONGRATULATIONS, Mike!

I bet most of you guys don't know Mike has a camshaft named after him. I only other guy I know of who has an eponymous camshaft is Duntov.

In the Navy Mike would be called a "plank holder"

Congrats Mike.
