Default Looking for my old original 66 coupe

Looking for the 194376S117772 a 66 coupe built 12/7/1965. It was yellow with black interior. 427/390 hp 4 speed close Muncie am/fm rear exhaust ( although I put side pipes on it ) . I was the third owner it was originally sold through Reedman Chevrolet in Pa. I sold it to a Mr Green in October 1968 in Delaware County Pa. Just wondering if it still exists. When I bought it in January 68 it had been a C/SP drag car for a year called the Outsider . Fastest time slip I have is 11.74 which is not bad for a 390 hp 3.70 rear car back then. I have another 66 which I bought after my 4 years in the Navy which I still have after almost 49 years ! Thanks, Ken

Well, it still exists, apparently. https://titlecheck.us/record_search....=194376S117772

For $10 you can at least find out the date and state it was last titled. They will not disclose owner nor city.

Are you sure about that VIN... was it a possible typo... could it actually be 194376S107772?
My apologies if I'm off base.... the VIN listed seems to calculate to a different date.

I didn't want to say anything earlier for fear of stepping on someone's post. Mine is 76XX and the build date is Dec. 6, 65.

In that case.....194376S107772 does not show up in NVMTIS search.

My 66 has VIN 17869 and was built on March 29 so 17772 being built on March 28 should be on the button.

Wow, MA must have input all their old records. The NMVTIS did not exist back then so they are catching up on ancient history. Sadly that does not help you much. Good luck, and who knows, somebody may pop up with it as a "barn find" one of these days.
