Asking for assistance - Jerry Bramlett are you available ? !

I have been advised, told you are very knowledgeable on FI issues - perhaps you remember # 4900R ?

Thanks,

I'm confused (which isn't abnormal). Is this the OP's car?

A 4900R unit is a Hi-hp '58 unit with a ribbed top. The one pictured is a flat plenum 61-62.

SPECIFICALLY a 62 unit (7017360). Look at the air meter/choke.

No confusion Jim. I'm trying to help Tony locate some help near him. I know his car well but I'm stuck in Canada 1-1/2 hrs away and can't cross into USA. until the covid restrictions are relaxed. It's a BORDER thing.

Awhile back I sold some old FI parts to Jerry on the site. 1 was an original 4900R tag. Mistakeningly this tag got mentioned to make a connect that seems to be causing some confusion. Now we can return to the #7360

Whether it be Rochester FI or Weber 4X2s, the fuel units always get blamed.....
