Default Bead on fuzzy replacement

Seems to me Frankie the Fink had the same issue with his 63. Coincidentally his car was made 4 days after mine.
Red lines is where bead bubble has to be.

Dremel tool

I cut head of bead away from fuzzy first

This leaves me two flaps I can then pry up with a screwdriver and use as leverage to pull out the folded tabs

Tabs removed and now to make two cuts in fuzzy (3rd red line)

After cuts I sit bead in cuts and ensure its at the correct distance, in my case bead edge has to be slightly over 1/2" from end of fuzzy

Bead in place, now just bend tabs over.

The bead on the ends are necessary but some in the middle can be cut off. W/S will stay in place without.

Getting there for sure!
Can some one tell me what these are? That part of my brain died in the last 18 months. I think these are a spare set, but I cannot for the life of me remember where they go?

Yup, I am drawing a complete blank too. There were a bunch of bolts with E on the head in the same bag.
That is what threw me off. Its like finding 2 bolts left when you finish an engine job
Did someone put them there or am I missing 2 bolts somewhere

Doors are done
So only thing left, is Seats in the Car, exhaust centering (I will give it one more try)
Brake bleed, and I noticed a small drip from the front seal on the diff, so will pull the driveshaft and put in a new seal.
The thing that is driving me nuts at the moment is the door locks on the inside of the door. My door skins are 60 years old and they have swelled with age( you can see water stains on the cardboard backing.
I can click the lock assembly onto the post, close the door and see it sitting on the carpet It would appear the new Pretty red circles either do not reach far enough into the door or my door skin is too thick to have them stay on the door grrrrrrrr! I would say this has been an issue for quite awhile because when I purchased the car, there were no pretty red circles on the locks.

Old clips worked, thanks Glenn!
Fixed the front seal on the diff, got the exhaust in and believe it or not "centered".
Got the spare tire carrier in with spare tire in.
Car is off the lift. Purchase all the liquids tomorrow
Cookie sheets and rubber go on the hood
Bleed the master Cylinder and the brakes.
Get the car running and I am officially done.

Painter shows up tonight to touch up any scratches etc.
Coming down to the wire........woohooo!

Thanks Glenn, what did you use to bond your cookie sheets? I was thinking PL400 what did you use?
Not interested in the X suggested. It creates water pooling at the cross point in the X.
So was thinking 3 sided box with two straight lines down the center so the bottom is open for any water.
