Beyond Excited !!
I’ve been after this car for a while and was finally able to bring it home today. I’ve loved these cars since I was 12 years old and can’t wait to have some fun this this one.

Very nice ‘58. And great colors.
I wanted a Corvette since I was 12, too. It didn’t happen for me until I retired. It was worth the wait.

Make sure the brakes are up to snuff, all the 24 chassis joints are lubed, get an on-board fire extinguisher, add the recommended add'l fuses and drive the snot out of it...

Great looking car, and what a small world! My 63 SWC was bought new by the son of a local doctor in Longview (Dr. Jones-deceased), and wound up back there when I had it painted during a complete resto.

That's what these cars do best - put smiles on a lot of faces! Congrats on the acquisition!

Great looking '58! I hope it didn't leak too badly when you washed it.
I'm wondering if your radio might have been added, since all '56-'62 Corvettes with a radio had their antenna on the left side, and yours is on the right.
