Default Seeking larger replica wheels and smaller replica steering wheel

i have a 1963 Roadster that I’d love to get 17” wheels for if someone made ones that LOOK like originals. Also I’d love to scale down the titanic steering wheel if someone made a (red) replica wheel that was an inch or 2 smaller. Any suggestions?

I replaced the wheel in my ‘64 with a smaller diameter walnut wheel. I haven’t seen a red aftermarket that looks like the original, but there are red wheels that frankly look aftermarket. I think the walnut wheel looks nice and with tilt and PS, works really well!

Yeah. 1963 was the one year where your red car with red interior came with a red steering wheel. I’m hoping to maintain that.

Simulated wood wheel was an option in '63 so I wouldn't rule out the wheel Factoid has on his car. Looks nice!

It looks like this is the 67 up design where the lower spoke is welded over the back of the inner ring. This creates a step.that has to be dealt with so that the wheel is mounted "square" to the axis of the shaft. . You will need to use a later model upper housing or notch the one you have or install spacers on 4 of the 6 holes..................

What is the source of your tilt / tele steering column. Factory later years or aftermarket?
Thinking about that upgrade for my 64.

Evod Industries can handle the wheels. They can make anything you want. Of course at a price. A hefty one at that but you get what you pay for.

Aftermarket Ididit. They make a direct bolt in for the C2 and the stock steering wheel and horn button bolt right on.

thank you very much. I really appreciate offer, but I would really like to find one looks like the original red steering wheel that came in the car. That is incredibly generous offer for somebody else who is looking.

I took the 16" simulated wood wheel out of my 64, and installed a 15" reproduction rosewood wheel & that really made a positive impact on the look of the interior in my opinion.
