I searched online for any information on the Corvette show at Todas Santos Plaza and I found this video on YouTube. It starts out with my car (not the green car shown).
I have no idea who did this, but it's pretty cool!!

Great job and I am with you. The best satisfaction you get is doing it yourself... and yes, with a lot of help from the forum. Hopefully one of these days we will see each other on the road as we both live in Concord!

Funny you should say this...I told my dentist the other day that he is nothing more than an over paid auto body mechanic.
I said...think about it...you grind off the rust/rot/damage...you fill it with bondo, sand and polish. AND then to make sure your teeth are seating properly and there are no high/low spots, they put this black "carbon paper film" between your teeth and say; "tap tap tap"...and see where the high and low spots are. Hey...there is a spray paint called "GUIDE COAT"...does the same thing!!

I'm working on the cam and it's like the heart of the engine. And I have to replace the heads and adjust the valves and get everything right. The cardiologist looks at him and says try doing it with it running!

A cardiologist is at the Harley shop having the heads and cam changed on his bike. The mechanic says why do you make so much more than I do, we kinda do the same thing. I'm working on the cam and it's like the heart of the engine. And I have to replace the heads and adjust the valves and get everything right. The cardiologist looks at him and says try doing it with it running!
