Chevy oil pan ID ?
Can anyone identify the application of this Chevy oil pan? I got it with a
lot of Corvette parts. Unfortunately the label fell off the end of the box.

It's a BB pan, but I'm not familiar with the fitting which has a plug on the side. If I had to take a guess at a shot in the dark, I'd guess it's an oil return fitting for some kind of a big truck application.
