Default built 60 over stroker with an Elgin duntov 30 30 solid flat tappet

I just installed an elgin brand duntov 30 30 solid flat tappet and a set of 202 160 041X heads with Elgin z28 springs on a 12.5:1 383 and it is very responsive. way more than my freshly built 327 that was a stought little motor but 3k miles later and having multiple 383s leave me sitting i decided to go stroker. Huge difference Everywhere. My 327 ran awesome and is built with good parts. It runs like a scalded dog but a 383 is just where the power is. I had to sink around 4500 in my 327 and although it's a runner i had to learn the hard way that there truly is no replacement for displacement.
