I'm usually a silent member of what I consider my Corvette Family here on the forum, but I have to say: "You are one of the true patriarchs of this family!"
Your knowledge, patience and willingness to help others is a testament to the type of man you are.
You are appreciated, admired and respected more than we can express!!

Praying for your speedy recovery!
KT

I have never met John but I have certainly learned a lot from him through this forum. Like others here, I wish him a speedy recovery.

Wishing John a solid recovery! Sounds like it's been awhile, so I hope he pulls out of this as soon as possible.

I'm really saddened by this. I've been at Fall Carlisle since Wednesday, and haven't been able to check the Forum much. I was aware that John was having ongoing health issues, but didn't realize that it had escalated to the point of hospital confinement.

John's worth to the car hobby, goes far beyond Corvettes. His knowledge of first generation Camaros, is at least as extensive as his knowledge of Corvettes.

Prayers for a full and speedy recovery!

John is pretty knowledgeable about Vipers as well as he served as the Plant Manger for the Viper's Conner Avenue Assembly Plant for a few years in the mid '90's. I had the good fortune of meeting him there during a private tour of the Viper plant in the summer of 1996. Get well soon John!

I only met John once at an NCRS regional and he was intensely busy judging IIRC. He's always been a gentleman on the forums where I participate.

And, let's face it, once JohnZ posts in a thread about some issue - I just scroll down to his comments to see what the 'real' answer to the problem is.

Get well, John...
