Default Not exactly under the hood...

510 Gen 6 Bowtie, accel gen 7 controller, Kinsler EFI. Starts, idles, runs like any EFI system. Closed loop, sequential. I drive it everywhere anytime of the year. Providing it's not raining

Hoses draped across the engine, I don't like to see wires or hoses. That's why I hid them as well as I do, but I sill wanted clean basic original look.

I have no idea, but it must have saved a bunch of money somewhere vs. the older system, even with changing ALL the cylinder heads to add all the new 3/8"-16 accessory mounting holes, all new water pumps and all new pulleys (except Corvette, which didn't use it).

Rex

I've had the car 47 years. Its a 327 +.030. The case and heads are the numbers matching "born with" castings but they have been preped. Forged chevy crank. CR down to 9.8 in late 70's for the bad gas. Ported heads with valve seat inserts. Current cam is Comp hydraulic flat tappet about 230* and .470 lift. Hooker side pipes with custom vettepack insert. Converted the Rochester EFI after 35 years using 85 mm throttle body. L88 flywheel. Canton 7 qt pan.

New motor under construction is all aluminum dry sump 401 with AFR comp ported 195s

rtruman, funny you should say that because I've already done it. Those pics are a couple of years old. I was at work when I posted and those pics were all I had.
