Favorite C2 mods by forum members
Since I've been on this forum I have seen some very skilled and innovative people do some cool work on their C2's. Here I want to make a collection of favorite C2 mods. Just be sure to give the original guy credit.
Hoping this will help others out in their restomod projects.

The best modifications are those that can be reversed. Once you modify a C2 the potential resale market shrinks.
I really like the idea of things that can be reversed when the day comes.

Melting Slicks
A few mods that I've done to my car that I absolutely love,
Detroit Speed headlight motors and wiper motor
Vintage Air
Digital analog dash
C5 door handles
C5 seats
Six tail lights
Steeroids P/S rack
And none of these mods were done with the intention of reversing them. I don't intent to sell it and I built it to be dependable and drive anywhere. When I'm gone the next person can do what ever he wants with it. I didn't build it for him.

My car has Secret Audio in glove box - very cool. Also, many of the mods mentioned above, all done by a former owner.
I have been lurking here for a while and have enjoyed this thread the most.

Not sure if it qualifies but a 427 upgrade is a kick in the azz and fun to drive.

At the risk of repeating what has been posted up as modifications/improvements, here's mine, not in any order:
67 dual master brake cylinder
Hartz Stayfast convertible top
Michelin Radials
KYB gas shocks
Legend SS700 close ratio 5 speed overdrive trans
3.73:1 (from 3:36:1) rear gears
4-way flashers
shoulder harness seat belts
'67 headrests
Pic of interior:
Keeping the engine compartment somewhat old school, I modified a 327 block .060 and used the old school flat tappet 1970-72 LT-1 solid lifter cam, lifters and intake. The old school '461 iron heads were breathed on by Jeff Kobieski (Modern Cylinder Head), RIP Jeff.

We trip with our '5 and I enjoy the factory side pipes (Sweet Thunder GNM's{Gives No Mercy} 3" OD, 2 1/2" ID; but to keep my wife happy I installed a complete undercar exhaust system (2 1/2" mandrel bent aluminized to shorty Dynamax mufflers). My best of both world systems are connected by Doug's electric gate valve cutouts.
Pics of exhaust system with electric cutouts
Nothing' money can't fix to reverse all of this
