63 Vette pwr window wiring diagram?
I'm having trouble finding one in my shop manuals and Google. Anyone? Also, a common ailment besides a bad circuit breaker causing intermittent function (both windows, both directions)? THX

Could be a poor ground or a dirty switch. My 66 has a circuit breaker. If the breaker is weak, it could trip and reset itself. It could also be dried grease in the gearing. You can check the switch by bypassing it with a jumper cable under the console where the harness connects to the switch. You can also try contact cleaner on the switch or just take it apart and clean it up. Wilcox has a paper or video on this on the forum. Jerry

Switch
Not really, the switch has a common power supply wire. My 70 Chevelle had the same problem you are experiencing with both front and rear quarter windows. I ended up replacing the switch and all is good. Lastly, the connection plug between the switch and the harness may also be dirty. Keep us posted as to your progress. Jerry

I'm still looking for the right color coded diagram. I'm taking a lazy week for myself because I'll be attending some hot rod shop open houses around the L A Roadsters Father's day show. I'ts kind of a 3 day bonanza so I try to go with a full head of steam (I fire myself this week and rehire me on Tues)
