What's your OTHER car ???

Re: What's your OTHER car ??? (kenmo)
My everyday transportation is a 99 Durango, it pulls my camper, jet ski and lars car hauler real well, in fact we joke how you can't tell the difference in performance with 5000lbs behind it. It's a dog with or without the extra weight, just even all the way. And as a bonus it gets 12 miles to the gallon, what a deal.

Snow Plow & hauling vehicle is a 51 Chevy Stake bed truck on a 75 Blazer chassis with 400 small block Chevy, full time 4 wheel drive, PS, PB (5K miles since rebuild).

Re: What's your OTHER car ??? (Subfixer)
I drive my '64 quite a bit, if it were restored it would be my daily nice weather driver, but it remains a survivor for now. For about a year, my '49 Ford Pickup was my only car. The old flathead gets a lot of attention, at least as much as my vette.
Other than those two, I have a 95 Trooper, a 98 Sportster and a 57 pre-unit Triumph bobber with a 62 pre-unit motor.
They all get their share of use. Today, I took the Sportster to work, yesterday I drove my Trooper and the day before the Vette. Just depends on my mood.

We have an all 'plastic' fleet: '65 and '78 Corvettes and a '95 Trans Sport(with 256,000 km on it...just passed emissions--needed only a new gas cap!).

Neat,
I restored a (pre-unit) 1955 Thuderbird 650 (street legal)
flat tracker about 15 yrs ago. Now its a 2001 XR400.
We don't talk bikes much here, but have had about as many 2 wheelers
as 4 wheelers. Set out looking for an early HD single,
but didnt want to roger up the funds, ended up with the 55.
(1st yr for rear shocks, as I recall!)
Well, enjoy the oil spot under the bike!
The chain driven trans will make sure it never goes away..........
Fun bike though! Magnito, Lucas= King of darkness, and all that.....
Kinda miss shifting on the right...........:jester
Mine had an Iron barrel, and head! Had to use a sledge hammer
to remove the rusted in valves, but in the end, it flew!
Take care!
 :smash:  :smash:  :smash:  :smash:

2002 Ford Ranger. I still haven't figured out what that pedal under my right foot does. I push it down but nothing seems to happen.:)
