Default Has the Weather Finally Changed?

It was 20 degrees this morning but the temp will get into the fifties today. Tomorrow will be in the low sixties. The 10 day forecast looks very nice with lows well above freezing. I plan to get the 66 out tomorrow. I can see my grass now, we might make it!

I surely hope this winter from hell is over. Will need some rain to wash the salt off before my '66 goes out.

The only weather report that I believe is,
.

.
. "Darker tonight, lighter in the morning."

Weird here in Orlando; after a couple of mid-80s, summer-like, sunny days its in the low 50s this morning and cloudy.

Supposed to hit low 70s in the PM today....

After 6 inches of sleet and snow Wed night here in Arkansas (fairly rare for here) the weather guys are saying that is probably our last significant wiinter event. Not soon enough as the streets are a total mess. Can't wait for spring.

I "feel" like the worst is over in SE TN, which is usually mild. Didn't feel like it in February.

It was 8 degrees in South Jersey, when I got up at 6 this morning. Snow amounts haven't been too bad here this winter. Most of the storms have stayed north of us, and we've only gotten a few inches out of each storm. I can't remember a winter when we've had so many single digit days though.

The forecast is for temps in the 40's and 50's for the next week, but I'm not foolish enough to think that winter's over. We've had snow in late March, and April before!

Hey Mark:

It's 63 here this morning, looking for a high in the mid 70's today (Sat). Was in the 80's a couple days this week.

My garage flooded last week due to rain on top of all the snow and ice, there was no place for it to go except inside !! I had to dig a ditch through the ice for drainage. Global warming my azz !! Was down below 0 two nights ago. 20 degs now , supposed to go to 36 today. YES !!! A good slow melt is needed, you can ice skate around my 3 Vettes right now. They are frozen to the floor. Luckily? the C-5 is the worst. What a mess.

Here in Southern Ohio, Up to 40* today and the temp moving up to high 50's next week.
The snow is melting but my usual flooding has not occurred, although the Ohio River south of me is at flood stage.
I don't know what the "weather terrorists" (aka forecasters) will talk about when the weather gets warm....

Drove my '66 for the first time this year yesterday. Clear day with dry streets but we still have lots of snow to melt. Stopped at the Shell station to get some fuel and without fail when I stop to get gas someone will comment on the car. Had a guy tell me that I had "guts" to drive it on a day like that. I told him that these cars need to be driven. Oh boy, it felt good to drive that car after sitting all winter.
