Jeff,

Yeah man come on over! I think its been way to long since I've seen that beautiful BB Coupe of yours...

So I still have not figured out the flooring completely... However I have completed the electrical cut in and the installation of the fans.... Next on the list is the lightening...

3 blades vs. 6...

6 blades...

I think I'm going to nix the 24" down rods and use the 12" that came with the fans..

Thanks! If I was smart I would have built a three car attached like you have...

Well over the last few weekends I've diamond ground the concrete floor and this weekend it was time for epoxy... I had to be happy with bond coat yesterday.. color coat today and clear tomorrow...

[

I had to bust out the 4" grinder with a Z36 wheel to get rid of the paint that the diamond grinder wouldn't

Ground!!!!

Acid washed

Bond coat

Prepping...

Done!!! Just have to lay the clear coat..

Dave, you have set the bar too high for all of us common folk!

The brick base around the perimeter looks incredible.

That looks great! Congrads!

Now quit complaining and get it finished I've got some spare project cars that need a home until you get your pops Vette and 55. Just let me know when your ready and I'll load up the trailer lol. Great seeing you at Charlotte last weekend, you should have hopped in for a ride!

This is going to sound incredibly strange, but...

....are you at the end of a cul-de-sac, and is the house next to you up for sale? I think I've admired your place and garage without putting 2 and 2 together until just now.

Nice, very nice! We are kind of hitting the finish line about the same time, except I didn't build a new garage, just enhanced mine. Contractor just finished the Polyaspartic Epoxy this morning. I have too wait 'til Thur for reentry. Dennis

Because there are never enough of them in a "standard" plan, and when you design & build yourself, you can install what you really need.

I put a bunch more in the ceiling for ceiling-hung power and light reels so I won't trip over cords on the floor for anything.

Actually four of the six houses in my cul-de-sac are for sale right now... LOL... I'm not sure if that is a sign or what... lol.. The one on the left is new construction, the one on the right was just purchased in December and it's back up for sale (Divorce), the one next to it is new construction and the one on the corner is moving to another state....

Come on over... I think it's listed at $450k!!!!! Wish mine could sell for that...Dreamers...

EDIT... just saw someone posted something about Novozymes on your page... lol... So you are are here in Clayton... I'm in Broadmoor West... come on over.... lol

Beyond what John mentioned.. I did the plugs close to the ceiling for bar signs to be switched. The ones in the ceiling are for the cord reels and for connecting to the four post lifts so that I'm not walking into cords...

I was wondering about those high plug outlets myself..

Bar signs, neon I suppose...now the plugs make perfect sense, good idea!!
