Reply, but Toddalin gave you the definitive answer!
I typed this but then my internet went down, so I will post it anyways!
I would always check everything just in case of something weird and especially before spending money.
But Check backspacing comparing your old to these, and comparing the tire sizes mounted or to be mounted, but the drum brakes give more clearance in the wheel wells than disc brakes. These rims are a 1/2 inch wider, so you should be Ok, unless something is weird or you are lowering the car with the wrong tire plan. A 3-3/4 to 3-7/8 is a good offset rule on a 7 inch 15 diameter rim, which with drums would allow the car to be lowered with some inner fender front rub on full lock to lock and a few fingers clearance in the back with a 60 series tire even in about a 205-215 range, but a 225 would rub with stock fenders. If with those sizes I mentioned and with discs, then you will probably need to shave the lips on a 7 inch rims with those backspacings. Therefore a six inch rims with an extra inch and and offset of something similar or within 3/4 inch should be OK!
