Default Battery drain issue on 1965 C2 Corvette

My vehicle is showing .4 Amps being drawn when the ignition is in the off position.

Pulled every fuse under the driver seat, and even with all fuses disconnected Im still seeing .4 amps. What are some of the systems that do not use a fuse.

Maybe clock? Check the alternator.

I agree.. Bad diode in the alternator or stuck contacts in the clock.

Remove the plug from the regulator and check for voltage at the black/pink, #4 terminal, at the plug. If you have voltage there then it is inside the car. If no voltage reconnect the plug and unplug the plug at the alternator, if the drain drops to zero, then using a test light or voltmeter probe the two connectors of the alternator plug. If there is voltage at either one then the regulator is bad. If no voltage then the alternator has a leaking diode.
