1963 seatbelts were optional to purchaser??
Take a look at the sales order for this 63. $18 for sealtbelts? I thought these were factory standard issue. This does not make sense. Was this just dealer trickery to juice it up since it was a base car? Same goes for the mirror unless is was for the pass. side.

Good old dealer trickery - seat belts were standard on all Corvettes starting in 1958, and inside and outside mirrors were standard since 1953.

Perhaps the "Documentation Manager" at Bunky's Corvette Sales isn't old enough to remember what was standard and optional. Sure uses good paper though - no fading or wrinkling after 51+ years.......
