I presume you mean THREADS for the harmonic balancer bolt, right?
There has been a lot of debate as to whether they did or not. But, if yours does not, I would strongly recommend having it drilled and tapped if it is out of the engine.

A friend had a very early 327/360, '62 model. It wasn't drilled. Had I not seen it in person, I wouldn't have believe the story about the very early SHP 327's not being drilled/tapped.
I think someone has posted some paperwork to document when the drilling/tapping started but I don't remember who.
