Default 1967 bb 427/400hp

looking for some advise and help on the value 0f my 67 BB 4 speed( loaded with options - tilt telescopic- power windows speed warning power steering and brakes The paint is Marlboro Maroon the interior is black vinyl both are perfect
this is a Bloomington Gold Certificate corvette both chapter and regional
top flighted 95-96 pts -its a declared car because we don't have any history or docs
from the info we have it was delivered to California then went to Washington State -then Mich and is now in NY
I did get a certified letter from one of the previous owners that it was a BB car when he bought it in the 90s from the dealership in Washington State -
after an extensive body off restoration (5year project) and taking it to chapter NCRS was awarded Top Flight and - then the following year took it to the regional NCRS meet in (Altuna PA where we again received a Top Flight I believe a 95.8 score
and last yr awarded a Bloomington Gold certificate so all this being said the part that we lack is DOC'S - as anyone that has taken their car to this level knows the cost is well north $150,000.(includes the cost of the car but because we have no DOCS (other then receipts for all the NOS parts we have installed )
would $125,000. be unreasonable ? it will also include the trailer
the car is awesome
i have few picture of it in my Garage

Good starting point. Even without docs and attaining Top Flight and Gold Certified adds to the bottom line. she's a beauty, GLWS.

What do you mean declare it? Is it a real GM stamp or not. What did the regional judges say about it. Along with side pipes.

"Declaring the engine stamp" is a recent Bloomington Gold requirement. I believe that there are 3 different categories. You select one when you register the car for judging.

Not (yet) associated with NCRS Top Flight Judging.

NCRS regional judges do not judge the pad stamp its not a judgeable item - if you are asking is it a GM stamp I believe it is - but thats my opinion - I dont have side pipes on the BB car - my White coupe L79 does have them though

I will try to take a picture this week of the pad

Hey there. We DO judge the pad stamps - at chapter, regional and national levels. We do NOT authenticate them as original GM stampings, but we judge them as "whether they appear as typical factory production" stampings. BG requires owners to "declare" their pads as original, restamp/restoration motors or unknown". I would love to take a look at the car when you get it down to Florida. Call me when you can and we can catch up. Regards. ARA
