Default Heartland Customs SPECVETTE Corvettes

I just wanted to post a few informal videos on here that quickly walk around the 1958 SPECVETTE Corvette we just completed. These videos show you what sets these cars apart from the other restomods out there. We are in the process of shooting some GoPro footage and I will post that so you can see the performance of these cars. We can do this with any Corvette from 1953-1982

I like it! But just about any color done well is good for me, except pink. While I like red on my Corvettes that's just me, but that car looks very nice in that color.

Everything looks great to me except the rims and tires. Easy change if I was buying it.

The owner was going for that original look, so he chose wheels that were machined to look like the original hubcaps and white wall tires to keep the theme constant. There a million wheel choices with these cars, but the most popular are the hubcap looking aluminum wheels.

Can't wait to see the 1963 restomod next! I'm still contemplating on which chassis to use on my 63 SWC build next winter.

The next car to come out of our shop will be a 1971 Corvette named "STINGRAY". This car is crazy with a SPECVETTE Chassis, 700hp supercharged LS7, removed Ttop and changed to a targa top, true candy red paint job, one off machined grille with integrated HID headlights and one off machined fender vents with integrated LED turn signals, one off machined emblems and an interior that is completely custom including the dash and seats and features a fully integrated 8" LCD touchscreen that controls the entire car including the Vintage air system with custom artwork. A ton of other custom electronic gadgets and secret tricks in this car! Look for it to unveil at SEMA this year!
