45 Year Desire.
Has there ever been something that you have wanted for 45 years and you were finally to buy one?
In 1960's I had a chance to buy a 10' cast iron brake but I had no way to transport it to my shop.
Saturday I was able to fulfill my dream. It's only 8' but weighs almost a ton!
(I think I have a weakness for brakes, I have a 4', a 8' steel one and a 25 ton press brake.) Oh well, 4 is not too many. is it?
(I wonder if I can get that 4' box brake that my friend has?)

You are the "tool man" of the CF. Cool stuff, but I have been known to use a door jamb. Dennis

How does it work on fiberglass?
Seriously though, awesome tool! I'm a sheetmetal worker by trade and would love to have that brake and a 4' pan brake....just no room in my toy shop.

I shouldn't give away my trade secrets but, We use a lot of fiberglass sheets for body liners and if you put in the brake, It will brake it in 1/2 in a nice straight line.
By the way I googled the name on the brake and they started makeing them in 1886.
