Default Decoding gauge cluster sticker in my '65

I need help decoding the sticker from the gauge cluster in my '65 coupe. What information can be gathered from this? I could not find anything doing a forum search.

This is the front. I replaced the tach face and oil pressure gauge, as the car has a 454 in it now.

Thanks in advance! --pgawit
