Default Testing Wiper Motor on 65

I finished rebuilding my headlight motors on my 65 project and tested both to make sure that they were OK. Now I am rebuilding my wiper motor. Is there an easy way to test the operation before I install it? Where would I apply power and ground and how do I return everything to the "parked" position?

Thanks,

Doc

Lots of info here:

You'll be able to hear the Rube Goldberg like machinations of the park mechanism as it works. It parks itself........if it does.

I ran through the test procedure shown on the Willcox site and everything works except for my low speed setting. It runs fine when I ground the one connector, but it does not change speed when I ground the second one. Does that sound like a bad resistor?

Thanks,

Doc

When I restored mine on my '64, I just made the electrical connections and turned it on via the dash switch. I was able to confirm it worked at both speeds and returned to the park position. It was a PIA to install it with factory air!
