I'm not a creditor, ie shafted by shafti, but if I was, the first thing I'd do is call the Trustee and ask him how much money did keisler get in the sale to Liberty last month and where did it go? The second question would be is if the Muncie transmission assets are titled under keisler inc, and if not, I'd ask for a full accounting of the money trail of any loans from Keisler Inc to Shafti personally to pay any Muncie liability.

As far as this re-organization scheme put forth by Shafti, you don't want a double dose do you?

And yes, you can credit bid, contrary to Shafti's ramblings.

Bankrupt securities are one of my main trading niches and I'll tell you what, all that jibberish he put forth on his website is a gold mine of ammo for creditors.
