Wall St. Journal C7/C2
Very nice article on the C7, with the C2 being prominently mentioned.
C7: "box-stock Stingray Z51: 0-60 mph in 3.8 seconds, ¼-mile pace of 12.0 seconds; in excess of 1-g lateral acceleration (cornering grip); 60-0 mph in 107 feet; a top speed of 190 mph."
C2: "This much about the C2 is indisputable: First, it is the perfect design, never surpassed in sophistication or aggression by any postwar sports car on either side of the Atlantic—not Ferrari, not Maserati, not Lamborghini, no way. "

Thanks for posting the link, Rick.
The article's author thought the C2 was a '66 427. Good choice if I do say so myself. Wonder what he'd think of Hotrod427's incredible monster?
