My experience - a DIY project, but only if you are ingood shape (able to lift heavy stuff) or have access to a helper who has some beef.

Have install all the lifts in my shop, Just need a 4 wheel dolly, a floor jack and a cheery picker. And a little help. Use your brain not your back when moving and installing the ramps and you can do it in an afternoon. Before you break out the beer.

Is your garage floor sloped? Depending on the amount of the slope you have, you may also have to shim up one end of the lift to account for the slope. Although not necessary, I opted to bolt my lift to the floor for added peace of mind. If you do decide to bolt it down, try using the lift and moving it around a bit before doing so; to find the best location and proper clearances for it. Take it slow, use dollys and an engine hoist to do the heavy work and it will go fine.

You will wonder how you ever did anything without it!

Looking good as always George!

I took the easy way out. Me and friend ordered two, borrowed a long trailer dropped them off at each others houses and then had three friends install it for $300 each for each lift installed.
Hard to believe it's been almost four years ago.

Installed myself had it deliverd on a tilt flatbed. I had a dolly at one end so it made it easy to get it into the garage. I used an engine hoist to put it togeather myself. Good Luck
Important to level it . I had to shim mine under the bottom plates.
