Default 64 power steering problem

Added a factory power steering set up to my 64. When I start the car, the steering turns all the way to the left, and the pump gets noisy. I rebuilt the valve and the piston units. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Ray

Read the Chassis Service Manual or any instructions that come with rebuilt or new control valves. Yours has not been adjusted properly and can be quite dangerous starting up the engine and having the valve wham the linkage one way or the other! On the end of the control valve is a dust cap, pop it off, inside is the adjusting nut. Make sure all air is out of your PS system. Adjust it per Chassis Service Manual until it is properly centered

I was wondering if there is a way to bleed the air from the system. I will pop the cap and adjust. Do I need to purchase the 63 service manual to go with the 64 that I have?
Thanks,
Ray

OK this should help, 63-82 factory PS should be all nearly the same. If you have trouble reading this picture I took try right click on photo "save as" find it on your computer and enlarge it
