I have a very early '66 big block and was trying to figure out which side of the radiator support the horn relay mounts.

It may have a '65 rad support..or wiring harness too. PO did much part swapping at one point. Did things change from 65-66?

Also it is supposed to mount with the terminals facing DOWN..right? Seems to be some clearance issues!

It's on the drivers side with terminals down. Here is an earlier post that has a picture or two in it - although they may be a little too close to get a reference on.

Is the horn relay located at the same place for every year of the C2`s?

Any difference of big block and small block or factory AC C2`s?
