I can tell you that those are custom made wheels made to look like the original hubcaps. More than likely manufactured by Evod. Price for a set about 5 grand - yes I said $5,000

The materials and options used are what most would agree is the top options for a Restomod. Nice touch with the engine compartment moving the coil packs and using the custom Corvette covers for a touch of vintage under the hood.
