Default C2 with C4 suspension?
Anyone running C4 suspension on a C2 frame or aftermarket frame like street shop? Riding impression? Rougher? The same? Performance?

Yep, have built a few with C4 rear suspension. The roughness of the ride is almost totally dependent on your selection of springs and shocks. You can make them ride soft or hard.
