You could try and epoxy the studs back on.

I epoxyed two of my grille studs back on a few months back, one let go again about three weeks ago. If the bucks are not a big issue I would go with the new grille. It was a real pain to have to pull the speakert again to put the new grille in but I am happy with the result it should last me out
