Screws and Flat Nuts... from ????

Screws and Flat Nuts... from ????
I took my car back to storage this evening and when I got out I found two screws and 2 flat nuts on the carpet directly under the steering column. I have had the cluster out on several occasions but not recently so I don't recall where the heck these could have come from. Too dark to take even a cursory look. Any suggestions where they belong underneath?
