I like it. Looks like you definitely spent some time thinking it through.

Is it a step over the door entry setup?

Yes the body is a doorless one piece built about 20 years ago. The frame is an aftermarket build with LT-1 auto for drivetrain.

Owner/builder is Wayne Sampson.

I like it! God bless creativity! The slot in the trunk lid is for... a pop up spoiler/wing?

Reminds me of the early C1 prototype/test cars.
