Big Block Swap Question
Have a 65 small block car and am putting a big block in it to play around with. What all has to be changed wiring wise? I have seen in pictures everything is on the opposite side for a big block. What all do I have to do?

You didn't specify what "Play with" means, so I'll ask what your usage will be. If it includes say drag racing, then there are several other upgrades that I would recommend to preclude broken pieces. If you are just planning to drive it on cruises and weekends, then ther are no other changes needed.

Im only going to drive it when its a nice day and cruise around. Just want something in case a mustang pulls up. The little 327 just dont have enough.

Wiring harness?
I've put BB's in about everything including '56 Chevs, '59 El Camino, '64 Impala, '68 Corvette and '68 Camaro and never changed any wiring harnesses. The starter and ignition is all in the same place, maybe an alternator or generator is/was on a different side.
Needed shorter motor mount towers, but those were available at the Chev dealer. But wasn't trying to pass anything off as an original BB either.

If I can do it w/o a wiring harness I will. All the big block cars have the wiring and alternator on the drivers side. If I can run it with everything on the passenger side I will. My dad restored this car 20+ years ago so it is in dyer need of a paint job. I figured since I am stripping it down I would go ahead and put a big block in it as well. I didnt know about the lower engine mounts thanks, and I do have a BB hood. I am not trying to make it pass as a BB car, just want some more power.

Make sure your frame has the "dimple" for the crank pulleys & the balancer. If your car was made before February 65 (BB Intro), it may not have it.
