For chroime you can't beat "Pauls Chrome". Excellent work ,plus you know How much it will be before they start the job. As far as Stainless polishing. I'd go with 3D Polishing. If you can't find his number let me know. He very reasonable and does excellent work . Paul's Chrome is near Pittsburg and 3D is in Hubbard , Ohio.

as far as polishing the stainless, check out TIP products, who are in Ohio. Buy a buffer and do it yourself. Not bad to do, and you could end up saving some money. I bought a buffing wheel setup off of them a few years ago and did all my stainless. I tried to polish my expansion tank but put it through the wall Quickest $50.00 bucks I went through without the help of a female...

I agree with Grease Monkey. I polished about 75% of my stainless. But I had a few peices that had dents in them. I sent them to 3D Metal Polishing and they came back looking like new.

I have also used my buffer as a way to test the flight characteristics of various metal objects. I have found that stainless window trim makes an effective device for punching holes in drywall.
All kidding aside, great care needs to be taken when using a buffer. Not only is anything and anyone nearby in danger but trim will help heck with your hands and fingers, ask me how I know.
