I've seen nice steel wheels anywhere from $650.00 to $2,000 on Fleabay. Brand new goldlines in a bias belt configuration runs $800. Think you can find good used in the $400 range.

Good luck!

It may depend somewhat on the brand of the goldstripe tires. Firestone Super Sports and Goodyear Power Cushion are "correct" for '65 cars, according to the NCRS Manual. This may enhance the value.
