Default Trim tag location

I just purchased my first corvette...it only took 40 years to find my long time dream...a 65 corvette. I do not have any manuals yet and am trying to locate a trim tag. Does anyone know where it is located?
Thanks, Gary

Passenger's side. Look at the bar under the glove box. Same place the VIN tag is located. Here's a pic from a quick Google search.

It does kind of make you wonder what criteria he was using during his two generation hunt. He has not yet returned from going out to look at the plate. I sure hope for his sake there is one there. In any case, he made a good move finding the CF, as he now has lots of new blog buddies here to help with all the questions he is sure to have.

65hi That exactly what I meant. He should have much more info before buying. Bill.
