Default HUNTING for a REAL 67 L88 w/VIN ending in "14"

Hi! I'm looking for a REAL 67 L88 w/VIN ending in "14". OR... How I might track it/them down? Is there any registry for these cars? Since there were only 20 seems like someone should have compiled all the VINs and other data. If you can help PLEASE let me know (or e-mail me at dfje@optonline.net or my cell 9144747827) THANKS!!! Doug

I'm going to "guess" that if you have it's actual BORN WITH block, you'll find that it already has another "born with" block installed that has been through judging.

You might try searching for "The Holy Grail" first. It would be easier!!!

You may want to try to understand what he wants to achieve before you accuse him of trying to do this. It makes no sense to treat him this way.

When it comes to rare big block cars everyone questions everything. If you don't, you are naive son.

Trust me, I'm far from naive. I'm just not a jerk to someone because he asks a question about an L88.

I agree. Wait till you find out that he is sinister before calling him that! Son?

Thanks for agreeing.

Accusing someone of being criminal is what's naive. He was called out on this forum a couple of months ago for being a jerk to everyone. I guess he still hasn't learned from his flogging yet.

Not that I would, but If I were to contemplate faking a midyear L88, the last thing I'd do would post anything about it on a forum like this.

I am putting a 67 date coded L88 in my 67 big block vette and trying to duplicate the underhood. Not sure where you see a problem here and don't understand the accusations

All of the remaining 67 L88 cars have been accounted for. I have seen them all in person. Not everyone is out to do wrong.
