For those of you that have recieved these what do they look like? Perhaps a Picture? Also how do you decode it, if need be? I have ordered mine but they say it takes 30days or so. Thanks....

So thats what the paper looks like( suppose you get a email with the data first?)
What if the car was an export model for Europe will NCRS find out to wich dealer in Europe?

I think they will refund if they don't find your VIN.

Nope. It will only show as an Export Unit if it was sold new in Europe. Most European export units went to GM Continental in Antwerp, Belgium for conversion to meet local requirements and were then shipped to the GM distributor that sold them.
