Question regarding original GM owner manuals
Can only a original GM owners manual have the part number printed on the inside front page or back cover or can the repo's also have the part number printed on them, I have a 61 that I think is an original but it is in such good condition for being almost 50 years old that I am not sure, thanks for the help. I think all have the part number. does yours say printed with permission of GM or something like that. are the pictures real clear and crisp?

Many of the reproductions have the part number on them, the reproduction manuals usually have blurry pics because of the copy they have used to reproduce them, the originals are usually clearer pics.

Thanks guys, all the pictures are extremely clear, inside front cover the page has list of contents and in lower right hand corner part #3784033 second edition, front/back covers, all pages, the printing and the pictures are just in very very good condition with this manual, hope I have an original.

My Owner's Manual may be Original
Thanks for thread. I have had my '67 owner's manual for a very long time, for sure before Ebay etc. I wonder if it could be an original; "Copyright logo General Motors Corporation 1966", "Second Edition April, 1967" (which would be too late for my Oct 66 build date, "Litho in U.S.A. - Part no. 3901022, front tear-out card removed. Pics seem quite clear. I may have picked it up at a swap meet...
