I imagine people want to read and keep the seal removal instructions. However, that doesn't mean the little sheet has a monetary value.

It is not a good idea to trust a 40 year-old shaft seal to hold back gasoline in an FI gear pump, even if the seal is NOS. When a shaft seal starts to leak, the driver won't realize it immediately. Such a leak doesn't cause the engine to run differently. Well... at least until it catches fire and burns for a while.
