C2 center dash vent
The center dash outlet On a A/C car has a bezel that the deflector mounts in.
Is the bezel dash color or just always black?

I have an older (1994) NCRS Judging Manual for 1963-1964. It says, "This vent is a chrome plated die cast metal assembly, surrounded by a black bezel that rotates from closed to open." This might sound like the bezel rotates, but it does not. My bezel was black on my '64, and it had never been any other color. The dash is red. Hope this helps.

The center outlet bezel was always black, regardless of the dash panel color.
