I do not know. My point is you do not know any better than me, so why act like everyone is being treated equally. ........ If I am correct the membership deserves to know that there is inequality in the way the rules are applied to different members. If I am wrong the membership needs to know rules are applied equally. But we certainly do not deserve to be left wondering how arbitrary the rule enforcement may be.
The person in question is not a registered user of the TDB and has not been seen since at a meet so it may be a moot point. I do not know if he is a poster here.
While on the subject, there was another car that left the judging field early at that same meet in addition to the car mentioned above whose owner was suspended. This second owner stated the existence of a medical emergency and arrangements were made to escort him and his car safely off the field. No suspension was warranted obviously.
