66 rear apron bolts

Default 66 rear apron bolts

were the rear apron bolts black or color matched to the car?

I'm pretty sure they were black oxide coated, NCRS types will know for certain.

If you mean the rear valance panel/exhaust panel, those bolts were all zinc-plated and unpainted.

Hey, John

What do you recon happened to the two bolts on each panel that held it on while painting? Have you ever seen one of the same color, or even a different color, installed back on the panel?
Somewhere there is a bucket of original color bolts laying around.

They removed the panel early in the Trim Shop, and used all new bolts to re-attach it much later after Body Drop; yup, the guys who took it off had a "bucket of bolts" (painted). Trim Shop photo below shows the "shadow" on each side where the panel was in place in the Paint Shop.
