Default Carb ID

So we get home last evening from 2200 mile Project 396 Road Trip.
When we got the car, the (former) owner gave me this carb:

It has a tag that reads:
Holley Square Bore
3868826-CS
List 3124
995

Is that the right carb for a 65 Vette L-78 engine?
What other info is needed?

I believe 3124 is the correct Holley for 396-425hp for 65.
The date though is in the form year/month/week. 995= 1969/Sept/5th week. Therefore a correct replacement.

Thanks.

In looking at the carb, I see no numbers. Maybe they are hidden?
