Did you ever measure what it puts out for pressure?

No, I haven't, but with the FI unit feeding a 400+ cube engine, it has never starved for fuel supply.

Every AC-Delco-boxed fuel pump made for the last 15-20 years has been made by Airtex.

I have an Airtex pump on both my 61's. One is a 327 FI and the other is a 283 2 x 4. Never had any problems what so ever.

I'm glad you fellas are using Airtex brand fuel pumps. I live in Fairfield, IL. My mom and dad both worked and retired at the plants here. Years ago my mom would bring home plenty of parts and I would repair my fuel pumps instead of replacing.

AC-Delco hasn't been a manufacturer of parts for many years - they're strictly a marketing organization; they have parts made to original GM functional specs by aftermarket manufacturers and distribute/sell them in AC-Delco packaging.

They're made in the U.S., but I don't know offhand who makes them for AC-Delco.

Default Good Product

I have sold the complete Airtex line which also includes water pumps as a warehouse distributor for them and still have many in stock...plus they carry a lifetime warranty.....We just found yesterday 6 cases of NOS oil bottles with racks hidden in the store for at least 40 years on top of the shelving...Every Vette garage should have one to go along with their gas pump...

probably go to E Bay with them...
