Default Fed-ex......

When it absolutly has to be there??? Am I the only one or does everyone have problems with Fed-Ex...
You pay stupid pricing to have the parts overnight, they invariably lose them, deliver to wrong address, how do they stay in biz. If I ran my biz. this way I would be paying back my customers more than they originally pay me..

Man it is called law of numbers. yes I have lost sh-- with them it is a pain in the azz also. But ever one that does business has something to go wrong. Not even 1 month ago they paod me off 480.00 on something that cost and was insured for 500.00. Yes I paid out of my pocket 500.00 to the guy that paid me and had to wait almost one month to get my money back.

Yesterday I received (via USPS) what I thought was 2 items I had ordered through Fleabay. What I did get was a torn opened envelope, with "nothing" inside. The seller is sending 2 more............

It is not just Fed-EX.

I can't believe I'm even saying this....but I've had better luck with the USPS than I have with FedEx.

FedEx will give you excuses like it's on another truck, they couldn't find your address, the sender wrote the wrong address, WHICH WERE ALL LIES!

I just put a call into customer service about an issue with them, I would never chose Fed-Ex over another carrier when provided with an option.

On the contrary - I have never, ever have had one issue with FEDEX. They are my preferred carrier of choice - they even (at no additional charge) email or text you with details of the package progress and delivery status. And they deliver on Saturdays as well to residential customers at no additional cost (FEDEX Ground Residential) I think they ROCK!

I think that you mean UPS drives circles around FDX.At my business I bit when the Fedex rep offered me a big discount to switch my companies shipping to them.Well after two months I learned me lesson.Lost boxes, damages and lots of excuses. It cost me at least one customer and in general it made us look like crap.We will never switch again from UPS

When I had my business I used FEDEX almost daily for 5 years and spent around $3K a month with them.........they had a 99.99% success rate..........IMHO they are simply the best.

I send out hundreds of packages a year. I use USPS mostly. Other times fed-ex and UPS.

I may have one or two stray packages a year from any of them. I think unsatisfied customers just lose the luck of the draw. I don't expect miracles from such large entities. They all have a 98% + customer satifaction ratio with me. Stuff happens.
