Default cold

I'm in minnesota and it is 9 below right now. I just don't touch the vette in the cold. There was a time years ago that I took it out on New Years day but stopped when I hit a patch of ice and slid a little. So now I just look and wish. Bill58.

I guess I should not be complaining about 47 F at the moment (5 pm) in central Florida.................but is sure seems cold to me.

I actually do have heat (and AC) in the garage and used the heat today (I know, wuss!).

I was also going to comment on worrying about the east coast. They have balmy weather compared to some of the northern midwest states.

You guys keep that cold air down there for now. Just make sure it is gone by about the 19th of the month.

The Lake in my backyard just froze over so I can get the hockey net out tomorrow . Annual bonfire on the ice this weekend. You've got to enjoy it somehow .

I think its a old wives tale. there have been stories on here were people drove these cars when new in the great white north with temps well in the negative. one I like is the one said being a convertible and all the air leaks made the massive passenger size heater box work great keeping a nice temp inside the car. or something like that

I don't know about the rest of you, but my wife and I retired and moved to Texas to get away from the cold, but right now, it's colder here in DFW than where we came from in Washington.

Paint will wait until April, so , more time to drive now, I just wait until the snow and ice is solid.
